The
Project Operations Manager is a senior leader responsible for managing the project office support functions, including document management, translation, permits, training, risk management, and CAD teams.

You will:
- Lead and organise the administrative functions supporting the project
- Coordinate the deployment, administration, and maintenance of project management tools to enable efficient project execution and reporting
- Define and ensure coherent processes and their implementation, including the creation of project management plans and documentation management, together with associated control processes
- Ensure the permit management, risk management, document management, training, and CAD teams complete their work on time, in accordance with required procedures and standards
- Lead the administration function of the Rail Systems delivery team and manage consortium administrative functions, including document management, client liaison, and public relations
Your Qualifications And Skills To Create a Better Tomorrow
- University degree in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering, or a comparable educational background
- Minimum of 10 years professional experience with broad knowledge of project and document management within a rail project environment
- Excellent communication skills, with proven experience in leading multicultural, diverse, and international teams
- Strong knowledge of setting up project organisations, including structures and processes (e.g. documentation control)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
