Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning and initiation through deployment and closure. 

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and clients.

• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, QA, Sales, and Support teams to ensure seamless project execuion.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Track project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure projects meet quality standards, business objectives, and customer expectations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to project management best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science

5–10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or technology companies.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
