Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives within a large and growing iGaming organization. This role is accountable for initiative-level ownership, ensuring projects move from concept to delivery with clarity, alignment, and controlled execution.
The Senior Project Manager operates across established teams, platforms, and external partners, bringing structure and decisiveness to initiatives with high business impact and regulatory complexity.
Responsibilities
Initiative Ownership & Execution
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational initiatives, from initiation through release
- Translate business objectives into clear scope, milestones, and delivery plans
- Act as the single point of accountability for assigned initiatives across all involved teams
- Drive decision-making by surfacing options, trade-offs, and delivery impacts
Governance, Risk & Control
- Establish and run project-level governance, including status reporting, risk management, and escalation
- Maintain transparent visibility into timeline health, scope changes, and dependencies
- Ensure initiative-level decisions are documented, communicated, and followed through
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, Operations, and third-party vendors
- Proactively manage cross-team and external dependencies
- Support release planning and readiness in regulated environments
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly and credibly
- Challenge assumptions constructively when delivery commitments are at risk
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience delivering complex technology or platform projects
- Proven experience operating in multi-team, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery approaches
- Experience working with vendors and third-party integrations
- Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable operating with senior leadership while remaining hands-on
