LIKELION Vietnam is seeking a talented Project Manager Trainer to join our team.
- Working type: On-site, Full-time (Base on project timeline)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 17:30)
- Location: District 7
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Project Management (PM) fundamental training based on PMP standards.
- Conduct lectures, case studies, and practical workshops for corporate staff.
- Teach in English (and Vietnamese if required).
- Integrate AI tools/AI Agents into project workflows.
- Customize training materials to clients industry and project types (IT industry).
- Support the development of mock projects to ensure participants apply learned skills in practice.
- Provide feedback and evaluation reports after training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management or related roles (PM, BA, Scrum Master, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of PMP framework (not necessarily PMP-certified, but strong grasp of standards and practices).
- Hands-on experience with project management tool(MS Project)
- Excellent ability to apply AI tools/AI Agents for project tasks (e.g., Microsoft Planner, ChatGPT, Notion AI, PM automation tools) (must-have)
- Excellent communication and training skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Strong ability to simplify concepts for beginner-to-intermediate learners.
