Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Project Planning & Execution

  • Define test project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain test plans, schedules, and milestones
  • Coordinate test activities across manual, automation, performance, and integration testing
  • Track dependencies, risks, and issues impacting test execution

2. Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Act as the primary interface between Customer, QA/Test, Development, Product, DevOps, and Business teams
  • Facilitate test-related meetings, including test strategy reviews, daily syncs, defect triage, and release readiness
  • Ensure clear communication of test status, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders

3. Quality & Process Management

  • Ensure test activities comply with defined QA processes, standards, and best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement in test efficiency, coverage, and reliability
  • Support test strategy definition, including automation, regression, and non-functional testing approaches

4. Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify test-related risks, bottlenecks, and quality gaps
  • Proactively propose and track mitigation plans
  • Escalate critical issues with clear impact analysis and recommendations

5. Reporting & Metrics

  • Monitor and analyze test progress, defect trends, and quality KPIs
  • Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and release readiness summaries
  • Provide data-driven insights to support go / no-go decisions

Requirements

1. Educational background:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics and Information Technology Engineering

2. Experiences:

  • More than 5 years experience of test coordination or technical project management
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Preference
  • Experience in Semiconductor or EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry

3. Skills:

  • Experience as a QA Engineer or Test Lead
  • English Communication Skill mandatory, Korean preference
  • Experience in FCT/ICT, Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
  • Experience with programming knowledge
  • Knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation
  • Good attitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution finding.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments
