Job Overview And Responsibility

• As a Technical Project Manager, you'll primarily drive the delivery of a development team.
• Ensure on-time and in-scope delivery for assigned projects through planning, execution and progress monitoring.
• Manage and build up a cross-functional team of Game Designers, Developers, Artists, Tester,...
• Manage partnerships and collaboration with other development leaders.

Must-have Skills And Experience

+3 years of experience in Software development (Outsource) as Technical Project manager, nice to have Game development experience.

Technical ability and knowledge of developing languages such as Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, or C++.

Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture.

Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.

Strong delivery processing skills.

Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.

Experience operating within Agile and waterfall environments.

Extensive background in development and delivering technical-complex projects throughout the lifecycle.

Soft skills and attributes:

• Excellent English, all-round communicator.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical issues.
• Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situations with professionalism.

Prefer If Candidate Have

- Knowledge or experience in Game UX.

- Experience with startup companies and/or Game companies.
