Job Description
- Manage the full project lifecycle for Government (GOV) sector projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within scope, quality standards, and approved budget.
- Work directly with stakeholders (IT Departments, government agencies, technical partners) to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.
- Collaborate closely with Technical teams, Business Analysts, and QA to ensure solutions meet business requirements and comply with GOV security and compliance standards.
- Identify and manage project risks, provide regular progress reports, and propose solutions to issues arising during project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner in software projects, preferably in e-Government, data platforms, or large enterprise systems.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, with strong planning, coordination, and progress tracking skills.
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse, ETL, or integrated data systems is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills; experience working with government authorities and public sector stakeholders.
- Candidates with the ability to provide consulting and advisory services to government clients are highly preferred.
