I. Job Description
- Work directly with global clients to collect requirements and propose solutions.
- Lead the SWAT team in presales phases: preparing proposals, estimations, demos, and POCs.
- Coordinate with BA, Dev, QA teams to deliver competitive bid packages.
- Ensure successful handover to delivery teams after winning the bid.
- As Tech Lead: review system architecture, technical design, and provide technical guidance.
II. Requirements:
Must Have:
- 3+ years of experience as a PM or Tech Lead in software development.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Solid technical understanding.
- Hands-on experience with presales, proposal writing, bidding, or client demos.
- Experience working in ITO or outsourcing companies with international clients.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in large systems like ERP, CRM, HRM, or domains such as finance, healthcare, insurance.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Confluence, Agile/Scrum workflows.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of building and scaling a new tech team.

IV. Workings Time: T2 - T6 (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM), off Saturday and Sunday.
