JOB DESCRIPTION
- Directly manage software development projects for the company's customers.
- Receive requests from customers, organize surveys, estimates, develop plans, implementation plans, organize project management according to the correct process, ensure quality, and set plans.
- Discuss with customers/partners about project-related content.
- Ensure service quality commitment to customers on the project being in charge.
- Take charge of product acceptance before handing over to customers.
- Receive and handle errors arising after implementation.
- Support coordination with other teams to advise solutions for customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from university or college majoring in IT or related major.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Have at least 5 years of programming experience.
- Proficiency in at least 2 backend languages.
- Have experience in designing, implementing, and installing projects on cloud services: AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI, micro services.
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a project PM for 3-20 employees.
- Good use of source code management tools.
- Have experience in developing projects according to the Agile Scrum model.
