Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team full-time at our office in Quang Trung Software City, Ho Chi Minh City. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of software development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Your responsibilities include coordinating with clients to define project scope, managing timelines and budgets, leading cross-functional teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. You will be responsible for risk management and driving project success, guiding projects from conception through maintenance and support phases.
Qualifications
- Project management expertise, with proficiency in task scheduling, risk assessment, and scope definition
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Familiarity with software development practices, including Agile methodologies
- Understanding of diverse technologies such as web development, mobile applications, cloud platforms, and eCommerce solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and collaborative tools
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus
- Experience working in an IT services or software development company is highly advantageous
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.
- Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- 2 - 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience managing projects using Waterfall / Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, MS Project, etc.
- Ability to manage teams of 5 or more members.
- Project Management or Agile certifications are a plus..
