[HCM] Senior Project Manager (SI/Telecom)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate System Integration (SI) projects across Network, Systems, Security, Cloud, Storage, and related IT infrastructure solutions.
You will work closely with Sales, Presales/Technical teams, Procurement, Technology Partners, Vendors, and Enterprise Customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
1. Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end System Integration (SI) projects, covering Network, Systems, Security, Cloud, Storage, and IT infrastructure.
- Develop project plans, define project phases, scope, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Sales, Presales/Technical teams, Procurement, Partners, Vendors, and Customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Resource & Stakeholder Management
- Plan, allocate, and manage project resources effectively according to project requirements.
- Act as a key coordination point among internal teams, customers, partners, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and proactively address project issues.
Project Control & Reporting
- Monitor and control project scope, timeline, budget, quality, and overall performance.
- Track project deliverables, assets, resources, and related activities to identify and address deviations in a timely manner.
- Measure project performance and prepare regular project reports for relevant stakeholders.
Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify project risks, conflicts, and potential impacts, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Coordinate stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate critical matters when necessary.
- Drive effective collaboration across project teams to achieve project objectives and expected outcomes.
2. Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management / System Integration, preferably in projects involving:
- System Integration for Enterprise, BFSI, FDI, or Public Sector customers.
- IT/Telecommunications infrastructure for hotels, resorts, factories, seaports, Data Centers, or similar environments.
- Solid experience in managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous Project Management experience in System Integrator (SI) companies is highly preferred.
- PMP certification or a strong commitment to pursuing PMP is a plus.
- Technical certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft, AWS, Google, etc. are an advantage.
- Good English proficiency is a plus.
