LOCATION: HCMC, Vietnam
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
Project Management:
- Lead and execute supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication strategies.
International Trade & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to global trade regulations, customs requirements, and import/export compliance.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage trade documentation and regulatory changes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless global operations.
- Manage relationships with OEMs, vendors and partners.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor KPIs related to trade compliance, freight costs, and delivery performance.
- Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Education/Certifications/Affiliations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
- 3+ years in supply chain management with at least 1 years in project management.
- Proven experience in international trade, customs compliance, and global logistics.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export regulations, and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in project management and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Certifications: PMP, CSCP, or similar credentials are a plus.
- Multilingual capabilities preferred
Travel Requirements
- Be flexible for domestic and international travel.
