Description
- Work onsite at client location (Banking/Fintech domain)
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timeline, scope, and quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Business, Tech, QA, DevOps)
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure proper execution
- Analyze workflows and propose process improvements
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely solutions
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation
- Track progress and report project status to stakeholders
- Support team in resolving blockers and improving productivity
- Maintain effective communication across all involved teams
Requirement
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Banking, or related fields (mandatory)
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Management
- Experience working with Agile teams in Banking, Fintech, or large IT companies
- Strong ability to analyze workflows and propose improvements
- Basic understanding of Banking/Fintech products and services
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
- Agile certifications: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), PSM I/II, or PMI-ACP
- Experience working in large-scale or enterprise systems
