ABOUT THE JOB
- Managing all aspects of project execution, including planning, timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and communication.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with developers, testers, business stakeholders, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support project planning, tracking progress, and managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor team performance and help remove blockers to improve delivery efficiency.
- Ensure Agile best practices and Scrum principles are applied consistently across the team.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
- Communicate project updates and status clearly to stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams in an international working environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team and project processes.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
- At least 2 yearsof experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development projects.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar tools.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
