Project Manager - Retail Design & Development (Open For Fresher)

Own the design, development, and quality execution of Dat Bike's retail environment across Vietnam.

This role is responsible for establishing and continuously improving store concepts, retail design standards, material specifications, and construction quality requirements while ensuring every Dat Bike store delivers a consistent and scalable customer experience.

The role serves as the primary owner of Retail Design & Development, working across Marketing, Expansion, Retail Operations, and external partners to transform business strategy into world-class retail experiences.

Retail Design & Customer Experience

• Own and continuously improve Dat Bike's store concepts, layouts, customer journey, and retail experience standards across all store formats.
• Define and maintain store design standards, material specifications, fixtures, signage systems, and brand implementation guidelines.
• Translate business and brand strategy into scalable retail environments that enhance customer experience and support growth.
• Benchmark leading retail and consumer brands to continuously elevate Dat Bike's retail environment.

Design Development & Agency Management

• Lead design agencies, architects, and consultants in developing store concepts, drawings, and implementation guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement of store designs to improve scalability, execution quality, and customer experience.

Construction Quality & Store Delivery

• Own construction quality standards and acceptance criteria for all Dat Bike stores.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with approved designs and company standards.
• Lead store acceptance and handover processes, ensuring stores are ready for launch.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Lead retail development projects from concept through store opening.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure successful execution.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and priorities while maintaining quality standards.

Continuous Improvement

• Audit existing stores and drive corrective actions to maintain network-wide consistency.
• Develop scalable processes and best practices that improve quality, efficiency, and speed of expansion.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, construction quality, and execution excellence.

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0 (or equivalent).
• English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 750+ or IELTS 6.0+.
• Maximum 2 years of work experience; outstanding fresh graduates with relevant internship, project, or leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a strong self-learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing and able to travel extensively across Vietnam to oversee store development, conduct site inspections, and ensure design and quality standards are consistently met.
