This role is to ensure projects delivered on time within budget, within scope and meet expected qualifications. The role oversees all the aspects of project including stakeholder management, timeline & scope, cost & budget, risks & issues, communication and vendor in support of successful project execution.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Management/

. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility /

. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress /

. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques /

. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques /

. Maintain project artifacts including charter, detailed plan, resource plan and contingency plan while complying with applicable standard processes and policies /

. Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan to meet overall program objectives /

. Monitors and controls the project. Proposes recommendations and adjustments to the Project Steering Committee and prepares regular project status reports and reporting dashboard /

. Ensures project issues and risks are identified, quantified, managed and tracked. Ensures risks, assumptions and constraints are appropriately communicated and escalated when necessary /

. Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed on time, cost, and quality parameters /

. Manages and/or validates financial forecasts and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures /

. Inquisitive nature to clearly understand the expected outcomes, deliverables and benefits of the project to assist in the early identification of issues and to recommend appropriate modification to scope, as needed /

. Participates in regular core team project management meetings to review project status and progress /

Resources Management/

. Work together with relevant stakeholders to ensure staffing is sufficient and competent for the project /

. Ensure the administrative aspects of onboarding, property management an IT assets for all resources working under the project/

. Develop and maintain procedures to keep track of resource costs for each workstream within the project /

Change Management/

. Provides project change management leadership and ensures Communication and Training plan and tools are in place so that vision and objectives of the project/transformation are understood and driven properly throughout Prudential /

. Manages all aspects of the project lifecycle and works with the stakeholders to oversee all phases of the project, and to ensure that related project processes are completed as required (including, as applicable, change management, process management, transition to business/operations, system development, quality management, etc.)./

Job Requirements:

  • At least with Bachelor's degree /
  • Qualification in Project Management is an advantage /
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management /
  • Knowledge and experience of best practice project management methodologies and techniques to provide sound advice to business /
  • Ensuring appropriate quality assurance and risk management processes and policies are in place and operating effectively./
  • Ability to foresee and avoid problems before they occur wherever possible /
  • Ability to clearly, concisely and accurately report on project progress and outcomes to steering groups /
  • Knowledge of life insurance domain is an advantage /
