About Project Manager Position
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead software projects for our UK clients. You'll manage cross-functional teams to ensure top-quality delivery, and collaborate closely with international teams. Strong leadership, communication, and a sharp focus on project quality are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities
o Work with clients to understand and manage their expectations
o Defines project scope, timeline, and deliverables, breaks down work into manageable tasks
o Facilitates collaboration between developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
o Organizes meetings, standups, and progress reports follow Agile/Scrum methodology
o Track project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
o Develops mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
o Implement best practices for process improvements and team efficiency.
Requirements
o From 3 years of experience in software project management
o Solid knowledge of with Agile/Scrum methodology
o Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, or other project management tools.
o Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
o Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English
o Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
o Experience working with fixed-price projects is a big plus
o Preferably PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP, or PSM certified
