Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the Project Management Consultancy Services & CS for Owner or EPC Contractor in LNG project;
- Project Management : conversion of practicing certificates;
- Review/approve Project Management & Execution Plan submitted by EPC CONTRACTOR;
- Review/approve EPCC CONTRACTOR's organization chart including assigned personnel and roles & responsibilities.
- Evaluate the proposed personnel and recommend to COMPANY for final determination in case EPCC CONTRACTOR proposes to replace the personnel from the original.
- Prepare and develop a Risk Management Plan (RMP) to identify and qualify risks, monitor risk triggers and risks and take corrective action to avoid, mitigate or exploit; safety issues throughout the Project life cycle to meet the Project's objectives.
- Review and approve Risk Management Plan developed by EPCC CONTRACTOR.;
- Consult the contractual correspondence between COMPANY and EPCC CONTRACTOR including variation order, scope change, disputes, and recommend to COMPANY for final determination.
- Assist COMPANY or EPCC CONTRACTOR in obtaining authority approval including application package preparation, response preparation on clarification from authority.
Candidates profile:
- Basic engineering degree and over twenty (20) years of International worldwide working experience in the oil and gas industry of which minimum ten (10) years must be in the offshore with similar project (at least one (1) CPP platform project experience), this includes at least eight (8) years of managing Quality Assurance and Quality Control Services Activities.
- Hold an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificate issued by an IRCA Accredited Organization.
- Conversant with ISO 9001, ISO 9000, ISO 9004, ISO 10005 Quality Management Systems.
- Conversant with welding standards AWS, ASME, BS EN, API, ASTM, DNV, NACE, etc.
- Familiar with the onshore fabrication or offshore installation sites or at vendor's works, relating to inspections, fabrication, installation, testing and hook-up & commissioning of oil and gas facilities.
- Good command in English (writing, listening and speaking).
