Project Manager (Manufacturing Project)

Job Description

• Manage digital transformation projects for MES, WMS, TMS, BMS, ESM, Traceability, IOI, and SCADA systems in manufacturing and logistics environments.
• Work with clients to gather business requirements and develop end-to-end implementation plans.
• Coordinate with BA, Dev, QC teams and system integration partners (ERP, IoT, PLC).
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure project scope and quality are controlled.
• Progress report and ensure stable project operation after go-live.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT projects, including at least 3 full software development life cycles; Agile experience is an advantage.
• Experience in managing industrial or manufacturing software projects.
• Proficient in project management, including cost, resource, scope, schedule, and risk management (PMP certification is a plus).
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled in managing human resources within a project environment.
• Familiar with backend technologies.
