About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Hanoi. The Project Manager will plan, organize, and oversee technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include defining project requirements, creating schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, and monitoring project progress and risks. The role involves preparing reports, maintaining communication with stakeholders, managing changes, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulations. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement of project management processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Telecommunications, IT, Business, or a related field

Required Skills

• Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, and to manage change effectively
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, including reporting, presentation, and negotiation
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on outcomes and quality
• Experience working in telecommunications, IT, or technology environments is highly beneficial
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PM software)
• Ability to work on-site in Hanoi, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
• TOEIC certification 650+

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing large-scale technology projects
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
