Masan Group is undergoing a comprehensive IT infrastructure transformation — migrating from on-premise systems to a cloud/hybrid architecture, upgrading network infrastructure across operational sites nationwide, and consolidating data center assets. The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the company's most critical technical infrastructure initiatives.
This is not an IT operations role — this is a transformation delivery role. You will lead complex, high-stakes infrastructure projects, bridging IT Ops, Engineering, Business stakeholders, and major technology vendors.
What You'll Do
Project Planning & Delivery
- Own end-to-end project planning and delivery for IT infrastructure initiatives: cloud migration (GCP/AWS/Azure), multi-site network rollout, and data center consolidation
- Build detailed WBS, critical path, milestone trackers, and cutover plans for each project
- Manage delivery in structured phases
- Ensure on-time, in-scope, within-budget delivery with minimal tolerance for business downtime
- Define and track success metrics: uptime SLA, migration wave completion rate, cost vs. budget
Stakeholder & subsidiary alignment
- Partner with leadership across subsidiaries to align business requirements, harmonize processes where possible, and manage localization needs
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners: cloud providers, network solution vendors, hardware suppliers
- Lead steering committee meetings; prepare go/no-go decisions for each phase
- Coordinate with external partners on contracts, SLAs, and delivery accountability
Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify and document technical risks: downtime, data loss, latency degradation, compliance exposure
- Develop and maintain detailed rollback plans for every cutover window
- Maintain a RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) throughout the project lifecycle
- Escalate blockers promptly when business continuity is at risk
- Ensure security and compliance requirements are integrated into every phase of infrastructure delivery
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in IT infrastructure: cloud migration, network deployment, or data center migration
- Proven track record of managing at least one multi-site rollout or cloud migration project with high downtime risk
- Experience coordinating with IT Ops, Security, and DevOps teams in an enterprise environment
- Exposure to enterprise-scale organizations with complex stakeholder structures is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies — capable of selecting the right approach per project type
- Strong skills in project planning: WBS, critical path analysis, dependency management, estimation
- Experience with cutover planning, maintenance window scheduling, and rollback procedures
- Hands-on with PM tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project
Working style we value
- Hands-on and pragmatic — you build the plan, track the details, and unblock the team yourself rather than only delegating
- Energetic and collaborative — you thrive in a fast-paced PMO environment alongside peers who move quickly
- Comfortable with ambiguity across multiple subsidiaries with different cultures and priorities
- Bias for action and ownership — you drive outcomes, not status reports
