KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply the organization's project management methodologies and procedures, aligned with PMI standards, to ensure assigned projects are managed in accordance with established guidelines.
- On a day-to-day basis, facilitate the project team in managing, monitoring, and controlling the following areas: (1) Integration, (2) Scope, (3) Schedule, (4) Cost, (5) Quality, (6) Human Resources, (7) Communication, (8) Risk, (9) Procurement, and (10) Stakeholder Management, to ensure effective delivery of project objectives in line with expectations.
- Develop and maintain both high-level and detailed project plans.
- Regularly monitor project progress and provide timely communication and reporting to senior management and the Project Steering Committee, highlighting any potential issues or risks to enable prompt decision-making.
- Strictly manage change control for any changes related to project scope, schedule, cost, or quality, ensuring the project remains within budget, delivers the committed scope, and meets agreed quality and timeline expectations.
- Lead cross-divisional, large-scale company projects (EUR 500K+) involving multiple functional streams and collaboration with HCI and EmbedIT.
- Contribute directly to the PMO governance framework and the standardization of project management processes.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the direct line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in Project Management related position
- Working experience in CFC/Banking/Fintech/Healthcare/Medical/etc industry
- Prior experience in projects governed by regulatory requirements, with direct collaboration with Legal/Compliance, or Risk teams is a good plus
- Risk in mind, good presentation skill, logical thinking, problem solving, good collaboration and stakeholder management
- Fluent English communication
