Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Vietnam. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of the Waterpark project planning and execution, including project scheduling, budget management, and contractor coordination. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, identifying and addressing project risks, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, managing contracts, and ensuring projects align with the company's standards and the client's vision. Regular reporting on progress and milestones is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including project scheduling, programming, and resource planning for Waterpark project(s)
• Experience in Contractor Management, including contractor sourcing, tender management, and contract negotiation
• Proficiency in Financial Planning, including budgeting, capex planning, and feasibility studies
• Knowledge of Design and Technical Review processes, including conceptual design, master planning, and construction documentation
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate between various departments
• Experience in the leisure and entertainment sectors is highly desirable
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields preferred
• This is an on-site role based in Vietnam
