We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of IT Outsourcing projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timeline, resources, risks, and communication with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning, execution to delivery.
- Define and control project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate project teams of 20+ members.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, QA, BA, Designers, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate directly with clients, provide regular project updates, and address issues effectively.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and overall performance.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and provide effective solutions.
- Organize project meetings and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Support team members and create a collaborative, high-performance working environment.
Requires:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an IT Outsourcing environment.
- Proven experience managing projects with 20+ team members.
- Strong experience working directly with clients, especially international clients.
- Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong skills in project planning, tracking, risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- PMP or ACP certification is a strong plus.
- Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented mindset.
