Project Manager (ENG)

Your responsibilities:

1) Project Delivery and Quality Assurance (70% working time)

-Ensure software development standards and practices are followed.

-Responsible for identifying and resolving risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle.

-Ensure the project team understands and follows the client's standards and the software solution meets the client's requirements.

-Defines potential problems and suggests alternatives to ensure the time and cost meets the client's standard.

-Develop and manage project plans, including project scope, milestones, deliverables, resources, and dashboards.

-Monitor and review client satisfaction and follow up on client requests.

2) Project Team Management (30% working time)

-Lead and motivate the development team to meet the project goal; supervise and support team members, provide them with constructive feedback, and supportive and professional mentoring.

-Ensure a clear definition of project members responsibilities.

-Responsible for adequate staffing and training for successful project delivery.

-Facilitates project team's reports including the timesheet and resources allocation.

The ideal candidate:

-Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

-3+ years of experience as a project manager and leading projects following Agile/Scrum.

-Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems quickly.

-Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, and proactive.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

-PMP certification and Certified Scrum Master is a plus.
