  • Team Leadership: Directing a diverse team composed of roughly 50% expatriates and 50% local staff.

Team Structure & Reporting

  • Core Team: Works alongside 1 Lead PM and a rotation of 3 Project Engineers (2 on-site at any given time).
  • Site Support: 2 Project Supervisors managing approximately 18 local staff and various specialist subcontractors.
  • Reporting: Reports internally to the Lead Project Manager and the corporate management team in Australia.

  • Environment: Must be comfortable and experienced in working within remote or developing-country environments.
  • Technical Background: Experience in marine construction (e.g., piling, dredging) and familiarity with international specialist foundations or marine contractors.
  • Specific Expertise: Direct experience with piling projects is a significant advantage.
  • Leadership: Strong people management skills with the ability to lead mixed expat/local workforces.
