Job Description
DTN is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end e-commerce projects for international clients across Europe, the US, and Australia.
In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from project discovery and planning to delivery and long-term support. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage 1–3 concurrent software/e-commerce projects, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, including kick-off, discovery, UAT, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Lead Agile sprint cycles, facilitate weekly demos, maintain backlog transparency, and provide regular progress updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and Design Leads to define project scope, evaluate technical solutions, and make informed trade-off decisions.
- Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), presenting project performance, KPIs, and business outcomes.
- Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation plans before they impact delivery commitments.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience managing software or e-commerce projects.
- Proven experience working directly with international clients (Europe, the US, or Australia).
- Strong understanding of software development processes and the ability to interpret technical specifications and project backlogs.
- Excellent English communication skills, including client meetings, presentations, and professional email communication.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer or a strong technical background.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Experience with Magento 2, Shopify/Shopify Plus, or BigCommerce.
- Experience delivering system integration projects involving ERP, PIM, WMS, payment gateways, or marketplaces.
