Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager, with:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing CST international Jacks equipment for tank lifting, including Jacks allocation, shipping, stock, and maintenance

Oversee all aspects of projects, identify any bottlenecks or risks to ensure the project is completed within target dates and budget.

Working across departments, coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors (if any) for the flawless execution of projects.

Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.

Generate/develop spreadsheets report, diagrams, and documents as per client's needs.

Support sales and proposal team during the quoting phase.

Continuously find ways to streamline workflow and optimize the process to identify best practices.

Perform operations and transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical or civil engineering background is preferred)

Relevant education/experience/training in project management. PMP certification is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (IELTS 6.5 or above is advantage)

5yrs experienced in field operation is a plus.

Experience in tendering/managing the construction/industrial product projects is preferred.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.

Solid organizational skills including detail orientation and multi-tasking skills.

Familiarity with ERP system (D365)
