About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is highly organized, methodical, and confident in working with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.

This role focuses on delivering technology-enabled marketing operations and workflow implementation projects across regional and global clients. You will own end-to-end project delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure structured execution, strong governance, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1.Project Management, Delivery & Governance

  • Project execution: lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
  • Project planning: define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
  • Resource allocation: plan and manage resources effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Risk & issue management: identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
  • Change management: manage change requests and ensure proper change control and stakeholder alignment
  • Governance & reporting: establish governance frameworks, track progress, and maintain clear reporting and documentation

2.Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Client engagement: act as the primary point of contact and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Stakeholder management: engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and C-level
  • Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery

3.Planning & Process Optimization

  • Process design: design and optimize workflows, processes, and operating models
  • Continuous improvement: identify opportunities to improve efficiency and delivery performance

4.Technology

  • System implementation: support implementation of workflow systems and operational platforms
  • Business collaboration: work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure business needs are clearly understood and delivered
  • Testing & deployment: coordinate and support UAT, deployment, and rollout activities
  • System optimization: support ongoing improvements and enhancements post-implementation

5.Reporting & Communication

  • Project communication: provide clear, structured updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Reporting: prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations

6.Training

  • Training material development: develop user guides, SOPs, and supporting documentation
  • Training delivery: conduct training sessions and support knowledge transfer to stakeholders

Requirements

Role Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in consulting, marketing operations, or agency environments (experience in IT/digital project delivery is a plus)
  • Master's Degree or equivalent working experience
  • English Mandatory
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Hands-on experience with Jira (Scrum boards), Confluence, and Smartsheet (or equivalent tools)
