Role summary:The Project Manager - Business Development is responsible for leading and delivering strategic business development projects, including B2B partnerships, new business initiatives, and cross-functional growth projects. This role ensures projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with commercial objectives, acting as the central coordinator between internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:- Conduct market analysis to understand industry landscape and to identify new B2B opportunities, partnership models, customer segments, and growth areas. Translate insights into clear business opportunities and project scopes.
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies, partnership strategies, and new business models. Build and coordinate business cases including revenue potential, cost structure, risks, and execution roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end execution of business development projects, from initiation and planning to implementation and post-launch review, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are met.
- Manage projects involving new B2B partners (e.g. platforms, corporates, strategic accounts), including onboarding, commercial rollout, pilot programs, and scaling phases.
- Develop project plans, milestones, and KPIs; track progress, risks, and dependencies; and provide regular status updates and insights to management.
- Identify project risks early, propose mitigation plans, and proactively address operational, commercial, or execution challenges.
- Document project workflows, best practices, and learnings to build scalable playbooks for future B2B and business development projects.
- Work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to align expectations, track commitments, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, business development, strategy, consulting, or operations, with a proven track record of delivering business projects.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional and B2B projects end-to-end.
- Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 750+ or IELTS 6.0+.
