Your responsibilities
- Manage medium to large projects using Agile/Scrum or other methodologies.
- Commit in project success and people development.
- Manage the relationship successfully with the client and/ or onshore managers and all stakeholders through excellent communication.
- Plan, monitor, calibrate, and report the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed.
- Plan, monitor, report progress, performance, budget, quality, and risk.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and project costs.
- Participate in project estimation and bidding phase when needed.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System.
- At least 8 years of overall experience in software development.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in managing teams and/ or projects.
- Good at project management, people management, and leadership.
- Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills.
- Able to learn and adapt to specific contexts, ELCA way of work, and culture.
