Project Management Officer

Objectives

• Improve employee experience through systems & processes lens to ease their work
• Improve process efficiency and reduce potential operational risks through automation

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Management: act as the Project Manager to drive assigned business cross-functional projects specifically involving the integration of AI into business operation from feasibility study, requirements collection, project planning to execution as per defined scope and timeline.
• Process Architecture & Optimization: act as the Process Improvement Expert to identify inefficiencies and/or inconsistencies in current practices/ As-is process in order to design To-be process improvements and automation, from which work with relevant stakeholders to implement process changes
• Business Product Liaison: act as the Technology Expert, acting as the critical bridge gap between Business and Product. Lead the translation of complex business needs into digital business requirements and drive the delivery of new system changes in alignment with business needs, including integration with existing systems
• Organizational Change Management: act as the Change Management Expert to develop change management strategies and implement changes across the organisation in ensuring smooth transition for impacted employees.
• Stakeholder Governance & Communication: Maintain a robust communication framework, providing high-level progress transparency and data-driven updates to the Leadership team and key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Experience in business process modelling and/or business analysis
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to analyse business processes and digital workflows
• Logical and structured thinking, with great attention to details
• Interpersonal and communication skill, with technical competency
• Aptitude for data analysis and great business acumen
• Good at problem solving and stakeholder management.
• Be opened, flexible and enjoyed fast-paced environment
• Good at writing and presentation in both Vietnamese and English
• Experience in project management is a Must
• Experience in AI Project Management is a Plus
• Experience in system implementation/ digital transformation/ process management is a Plus
• Knowledge of PMI/ BPMN and/or Lean/Six Sigma is a Plus
