Program - Project Governance & Alignment
- Collaborate with the Executive Board and functional units to establish a program-based project governance portfolio, aligned with the organization's strategic objective groups
- Ensure that programs and projects are selected, reviewed, approved, and executed in alignment with AgriS's strategic direction and priorities.
- Establish control, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms to enable senior leadership to effectively track progress, risks, compliance, and execution outcomes across programs and projects
- Manage the Program and Project Portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and coordination of interdependencies among programs and projects
- Contribute to the development of detailed action plans (AOP FY2526FY2728) and projections (FY2829FY2930) based on annual KPIs
- Coordinate with departments to ensure alignment and synchronization in strategic execution
Planning & Performance Management
- Participate in or provide advisory support for project establishment, including project organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, and project governance principles
- Participate in or advise on the development of the overall Master Plan for projects under assigned programs.
- Monitor, consolidate, and evaluate progress, deliverables, budget performance, and risks of individual projects and programs in accordance with project management standards.
- Ensure consistency, alignment, and integration among projects within the same program
- Establish performance monitoring and reporting mechanisms, including Program/Project Performance Dashboards
- Identify and report factors impacting the execution of programs and projects, and propose corrective and mitigation solutions.
People & capability management
- Build and enhance project management capabilities through training, coaching, and competency standardization.
- Define career development pathways for the PMO team and project participants
- Propose and coordinate reward, recognition, and performance evaluation mechanisms for individuals involved in project delivery
Process & Tool standardization
- Design and issue a standardized project management process framework across the organization
- Develop and maintain standard templates, forms, and operational guidelines for all project implementation phases
- Manage and continuously update the project knowledge repository to enable experience sharing and continuous improvement.
Communication & Innovation
- Participate in communication activities for projects and programs
- Act as the central point of interaction and coordination among stakeholders throughout projects and programs
- Develop and deliver reports to project leadership and organizational management levels in accordance with established governance principles
- Execute transformation communications, project communications, PMO newsletters, and other related communication activities
- Propose PMO development strategies by maturity stages (Project Program Portfolio).
- Promote a project-based governance culture and planning discipline across the organization
- Continuously improve methods, processes, tools, and capabilities to enhance overall execution effectiveness.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, or related fields. A Master's degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transformation management, project management, operation management or strategic planning.
- Preferably with experience in diversified conglomerates, especially in agriculture or FMCG sectors.
- Strong skills in project management, data analysis, and strategic planning
- Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Ability to prepare clear and logical reports and presentations.
