We are looking for a strong Project Management Manager to join ACB's Transformation Management Office (TMO) and contribute to one of the most critical programs: New Core Banking Transformation.
This role is designed for a hands-on project leader who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment and is passionate about delivering large-scale system transformation.
About the Role
- Drive execution of key workstreams within the Core Banking transformation program
- Collaborate across Business, Technology, Risk, and external vendors
- Operate within an Agile Transformation environment (TMO mindset)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and track project deliverables, timelines, and key milestones across assigned workstreams within the Core Banking transformation program
- Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring alignment between business requirements, system design, and technical implementation
- Manage project dependencies across multiple systems (Core Banking, CRM, LOS, Digital Banking, Data Platform, etc.)
- Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks early; proactively propose mitigation plans and drive resolution with stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver project status reports (progress, risks, escalation)
- Ensure project governance and alignment with Agile / Hybrid methodologies
- Ensure project delivery complies with defined governance while maintaining flexibility within Agile / Hybrid delivery models
- Act as a key bridge between business and technical teams
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in banking, financial services, or large-scale enterprise environments
- Proven experience in Core Banking implementation/migration
- OR large-scale Government / enterprise system implementation (must-have)
- Strong capability in project planning, execution tracking, and risk management
- Solid understanding of system implementation lifecycle (SDLC) and complex transformation programs
- Experience working across cross-functional teams (Business, Tech, Data, Risk, Vendors)
- Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models; experience working in Agile environments is preferred
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar)
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and drive outcomes in complex environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (able to bridge technical and business perspectives)
