  • Lead and manage Project from inception to completion
  • Strong expertise in Initiation Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling phases
  • Develop detailed plans, estimates and schedules
  • Lead the team throughout the execution
  • Detailed Monitoring and Tracking of execution
  • Derive Recovery Plan
  • Coordinate and communicate with Customer, various Stakeholders, cross-functional teams
  • Performance effective - Risk and Dependency Management, Customer Reporting, Quality Identifying and addressing team skill gaps Generate more work / get leads for new projects Good understanding of Automotive or Embedded domain Familiarity with software engineering, process framework, testability, quality, etc
  • Understand software architecture Demonstrated Project Management and Resource Management skills Experience of managing Iterative / Agile project lifecycle model
