Reports to: PJM Lead
Are you passionate about driving innovation and managing exciting engineering projects Join our team as a
Project Management Engineer (PJM) and play a key role in new product development, product transfers, and tooling projects at our manufacturing plant.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of new and transferred product schedules.
- Act as the bridge between the design center and manufacturing plant to ensure timely product releases.
- Support the design and review of products, machines, tools, and jigs.
- Lead product testing and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
- Contribute to Global Costing Analysis (GCA) and manage quality, cost, and lead time.
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and 5S initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, RBA, and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Technical Studies.
- Bonus if you have knowledge in statistics, project management, costing analysis, or tooling strategy.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of industrial experience, ideally with some supervisory responsibilities.
- Preferably experienced in project or quality management, customer handling, and system thinking.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in English, planning, problem-solving, and training.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, cost calculation, and Kaizen.
- Experience with SAP or project management tools is a plus.
