Coordinate supply chain projects across teams (Operations, Marketing, Business Development, etc.).
Organize project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support initiatives in areas such as inventory and demand planning, warehouse and process improvement, delivery speed and cost optimization, network and transportation design.
Conduct on-site visits (sorting centers, warehouses, hubs) to monitor progress and gather feedback.
Track project performance through KPIs and reports, analyze data to identify improvements.
Assist in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor degree majoring in Supply Chain and Transportation.
1+ year of experience in project coordination, business analysis, supply chain management or related fields.
Ability to breakdown and solve complex problem with practical actions
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Data analysis and reporting capability
Eager to learn and contribute to cross-functional projects
