- Legal Advisory: Provide legal counsel on investment, construction, project development, and commercial operations.
- Investment Due Diligence: Perform legal due diligence and propose optimal structures for investment and joint venture projects.
- Licensing & Statutory Procedures: Execute and coordinate regulatory procedures, including Construction Permits, EIA/Environmental Permits, Fire Safety Approvals, testing, and final project commissioning/handover.
- Contract & Compliance Review: Draft, review, and finalize contracts, project legal dossiers, and internal corporate documents.
- Operational & Inspection Support: Assist subsidiary sites with legal matters and represent the company during government audits and regulatory inspections.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.).
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of investment, construction, land, urban planning, environment, technical infrastructure, and real estate business laws.
- Experience: 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in project legal affairs.
- Language: English proficiency at Level C (Advanced) or equivalent.
- Key Skills: Excellent legal advisory, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Work Style: Willingness to travel for business as required; high stress tolerance and capacity to work under pressure.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday and two Saturdays per month)
