Responsibilities:
- Liaising directly with authorities to follow up the project legal process (1/2000 zoning plan, principle investment approval, land handover decision, 1/500 detail plan, infrastructure connection, basic design, construction permit, etc), checking the regulations and negotiating the process.
- Relationship building with the authorities.
- Study and report on relevant property / investment regulations.
- Analyzing the regulations and finding the solution to the problem.
- Understanding the project legally and doing due diligence on potential projects.
- Drafting the letters / documents to be submitted to the authority.
- Managing the legal documents.
- Estimating the project timeline.
- Other works assigned by legal manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Law, Real Estate or relevant major.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the real estate law industry.
- Experience in a law firm or real estate company is preferable.
- Solid understanding of corporate and investment law, real estate Law, housing law, and banking related regulations of Vietnam.
- Fluent in English (must have)
- Good at Microsoft Office.
- Leadership, law research and problems solving skill.
- Honest, hard-working, logical thinking, good communication.
- Detailed oriented and out-going characteristics.
Working time: 8:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday.
Working location: 13-15A Nguyen Thi Huynh, ward 8, Phu Nhuan district, Ho Chi Minh city.
