CustomHub is a US-focused e-commerce company specializing in personalized and custom-made products. We operate across multiple platforms including Etsy, Shopify, and Amazon Handmade, serving customers in gifting, wedding dcor, memorials, and corporate segments.

Established 3 years ago, we have scaled to 40+ team members and are now building the operational infrastructure to support our next growth phase.

The Role

We are looking for a Project Implementation Assistant to work directly with the CEO on building scalable operational systems. This role focuses on process design, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core business functions

Build reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems (Power BI, Excel, or equivalent)

Establish workflows across Production, Fulfillment, and Customer Service teams

Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements

Support the development of training and onboarding frameworks

Drive project execution from planning to completion

Requirements

5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business analysis

Track record of building processes and systems from scratch

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data tools

Fluent English written and verbal (US market communication)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

High attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred

Interest in handmade, personalized products, or the crafts industry

E-commerce experience (Etsy, Shopify, Amazon)

Familiarity with Larksuite or similar platforms

Knowledge of print-on-demand or custom manufacturing operations
