JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Lead Project Management from PepsiCo Plant which involves:

• Managing Finances planning CAPEX write up ,spend , PO as well as yearly AOP .
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
• Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
• Support project feasibility study on all green/ brown field project covering automation, growth, innovation, as well as providing engineering solution support other functions.

Lead factory digitalization projects transformation via low-cost automation & disruptive technology to deliver productivity saving per annual business plan for Vietnam foods.

• AOP building.
• Spend Phasing Planning & tracking on monthly basis.
• Invoices GR & Tracking.

1. Execute continuous improvement through productivity program to deliver productivity project to achieve the target.
2. Understand EHS system and ISO systems and comply MESS/HAZOP and LOTO programs on all project execution.
3. Understand Food safety/AIB and ISO systems on all project execution.
4. Technically sounded.

Expected Attributes :

• Have good contacts with local suppliers , who can support local projects with low cost.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Should possess organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Have good knowledge on preparing presentations , weekly reports & monthly reports.
• Hands on experience on AUTOCAD , Microsoft project as well 3 D drawings.
• Flexible & Agile abilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related engineering fields. Mechatronic (Electrical control + mechanical engineering) with automation experience and

knowledge on PLC and pneumatic system is preferable.

• At least 3 years of experiences at relevant role or 8 years of experiences in Engineering/ Project field

• Good computer literature in Microsoft office, Auto Cad.

• Strong leadership skill including, motivation, conflict resolution, effective coaching facility, presentation, team building and communication skills

• Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, performance management , decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skill

• Excellent understanding of Project management methodology. Greenfield management is advantage.

• Maintenance background. TPM experience is advantage.

• Capex management with basic finance knowledge

• Fluently in English communication (writing, reading and speaking)

• Knowledgeable GMP, FSC2200, AIB, FM Global, OHSAS, Machine safety, Food facilities design, SAP and lean manufacturing program
