Job Description
- Team Leadership: Build and manage the project management team; foster collaboration and performance.
- Project Delivery: Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution from feasibility to handover; chair coordination meetings; monitor progress and mitigate delays.
- Design Management: Drive design process from concept to documentation; ensure compliance with standards, budgets, and codes.
- Financial Control: Manage cost plans, budgets, and cash flow; lead value engineering and cost optimization.
- Commercial Coordination: Support procurement strategy, tender reviews, and contract negotiations.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycle.
- Reporting & Risk Management: Prepare progress reports; identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 15-20 years in large-scale project management, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience in integrated resort or international-standard projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction laws in Vietnam.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Expertise in project management, design coordination, and procurement.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management.
- Financial acumen and contract negotiation experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
