Key Responsibilities
- Manage the projectmanagement and construction supervision team
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, the design community, and organizations to enhance future business development opportunities.
- Lead in the development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure regular feedback is shared with staff including timely completion of employee performance appraisals
- Understand, mange and administer all aspects of project
- Provide leadership to positively influencechange
- Ensure to achieve the target as defined in the Project Management Plan (PMP) and in compliance to Client and project requirements;
- Establish, update,and communicate the Master ProjectSchedule and manageits implementation.
- Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reportsto ensure adherenceto project budget.
- Manage the QualityAssurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)program
- Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricingdecisions
- Demonstrate high standard of personal; accountability and integrity. Mentor staff to the same high standards.
- Work with Finance to initiate the Payment Application process and followup to ensure payment is received in a timely manner
- Lead the Project Team to make sure construction activities are complied with specs, approveddrawings, approved works method statement, approved materials, and authority requirements.
Qualifications
- Excellent commandof English and an abilityto write technical reports
- High integrityand ethics; a desire to do the right thing'when faced with adversity
- High-rise construction experience; 5-Star Hotel, resort,commercial center, factory,hospital Experience
- Solid understanding of the construction process and application of Structural Designand Engineering best practices
- Forward-looking and proactive; an ability to predict and mitigate futurerisks
- Very strongprofessional verbal and written communication skills required in both Vietnamese and English
- University Degree in Construction Engineering; Relevant Certifications and Licences as required by current legislation
- Willingness to travel withinVietnam and Internationally
- Ability to work independently or as part of a multicultural team.
- At leastfifteen (20) years of continuous experience in Architectural, Civil, Structural and QA/QC activities for Architectural, Civil, Structural, Interiors, Landscaping, Infrastructure, Design and Construction
