Job Overview:
You will run 8–12 sites yourself, in parallel, across a large geographic region. From site scoring through legal pathway to construction handover — these decisions are yours to make, on the ground, with real autonomy. Eighteen months in this role compresses what most of the industry takes five years to learn.
Working location: Hanoi, Danang, Hochiminh City
Key Responsibilities:
- Site survey and feasibility against the programme's scoring framework; site-selection submissions for executive approval.
- Commercial negotiation with landowners; engagement with district and commune People's Committees and the relevant provincial departments.
- Land documentation pipeline, including the new multi-purpose land-use framework.
- Coordination with construction, engineering, and energy teams to hit groundbreaking dates.
- Direct line to your Regional Head — surface blockers fast, propose solutions faster.
Job requirements
- 4–5 years in construction management or infrastructure / energy / roadside development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage 6–10 parallel work streams across multiple geographies without dropping the ball.
- Working knowledge of MEP and structural engineering; comfortable with technical drawings and contractor coordination.
- Comfort travelling continuously and working from site for extended periods.
- Existing local government relationships in your assigned region a strong plus.
- Self-starter mindset — you do not wait to be told what to escalate.
