Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
1/ New Store:
- Understand material + construction
- Work with vendor and mall management
- On site checking + responsible in all hand over process (start fit out, end fit out, mall check list,opening check list)
- Coordinate with Design team and project team in Indonesia
- Ensure all IT Support devices is planned + have the plot in the lay out
- Include all administration and document handling related to mall, construction vendor, government /legal if needed
- Work closely with VM and ensure timely fulfillment from all vendor
- Good in project management
- Coordinate with vendor if maintenance needed to ensure the store is opened in good condition
- Review temperature and smell of store and propose a solution if any issue happen
2/ Maintenance
- Organize the store maintenance submission and follow up
- Connect with vendor, procurement, IT support, maintenance team, LP team and other relateddepartment; as well as connect with mall management, landlord, and government / legal team(related to fire fighting, side walk parking, tree in the street maintenance) if needed
- Ensure issue fixed within timeline
- Include all administration and document handling (PR, contract finalisation, etc)
- Propose preventive maintenance if needed
- Do regular check in water, electricity, internet usage and detect irregularity for further review if anissue might happen in the future
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Architect,Civilengineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related role
- Preferably experienced in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail, proactive at work, strong team player andstrong organizational skills.
- English conversational level
- Advanced: Excel, Word, Google Workspace
- Able to utilize Excel for data processing and performance reporting
- Designing tools will be a plus
- Able to travel between working sites/stores as required
