RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial & Cost Control (Main Focus)
- Support the preparation of monthly project cost reports, including cost-to-complete assessments.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the Finance team to monitor budgets, commitments, accruals, and expenditures.
- Assist in developing cash flow forecasts and summarizing progress claims.
- Review variances between forecasts, budgets, and actual results, identifying risks and improvement actions.
- Contribute to final account reconciliation and project close-out activities.
2.Contract & Project Administration
- Prepare, review, and manage subcontract agreements and procurement packages.
- Track contractual obligations, key milestones, claims, and retention items.
- Draft and administer contract variations and formal project correspondence.
- Maintain accurate project registers, records, and documentation to support project teams.
3.Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement
- Support the onboarding process for subcontractors and suppliers, including compliance verification and system setup.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as consultants, subcontractors, fabricators, and service partners.
- Assist in reviewing and processing subcontractor and supplier payment claims.
- Help address contractual inquiries and support dispute management when required.
4.Compliance & Document Control
- Ensure all contractual documentation aligns with legal, quality, and safety requirements.
- Maintain contract registers, document control systems, and structured filing processes.
- Encourage consistent use of approved templates, naming standards, and documentation procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Experience: 26 years of experience in contract administration, project coordination, or commercial support (construction/manufacturing preferred).
Skills & Capability
- Strong analytical and financial capability, with an interest in cost control and commercial reporting;
- High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal (must-have);
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new project management or accounting systems;
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks.
