Support the management team of Vantage in Vietnam to ensure smooth project execution and enhance internal communication effectiveness.

  1. Serve as the key liaison between employees and internal management, ensuring clear and effective information flow.
  2. Record, monitor, and update the Director's progress and tasks.
  3. Systematically track project timelines and provide timely updates to senior management.
  4. Manage and prepare expense reports, ensuring accuracy and on-time submission.
  5. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing business trips, and preparing documents for meetings.
  6. Assist in preparing reports and presentations as requested by the Director.

Job Requirements

  1. Proficient in Chinese across all four skills.
  2. Experience in administrative assistant roles, expense management, or related tasks.
  3. Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  4. Preference for candidates who can work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. Flexible and effective problem-solving skills.
