Prepare proposals for materials, components, and PLC programming to support system expansion and upgrades within the Automation scope.
Supervise projects, ensuring the progress and quality of materials and equipment for assigned contracts.
Backup inverter software, PLC programs, SCADA, and HMI to ensure stable operational programs can always be restored.
Propose necessary domestic and imported spare parts and components for the company's operations.
Perform maintenance work on production machinery and equipment.
Provide guidance on troubleshooting issues within the Automation scope.
Draft work instructions related to the installation, programming, and operation of automated machinery and equipment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Automation, Mechatronics or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Automation field, with experience in project supervision, prior experience in Food & Beverage processing is highly preferred.
Knowledge of hardware and PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
Knowledge of electrical drawing design software.
Ability to self-study and research technical documents in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel frequently to various sites.
