Project Architect

Control and manage the design documents of the company's construction items as assigned by the Project Director or Head of Design Management Department.

Monitor and develop implementation plans for design tasks in line with the overall project schedule.

Manage design consultants, take charge of handling scope adjustments, implementation schedules, and arising costs based on signed/to-be-signed contracts with consultants. Timely provide proposals to manage design documents and consultants to ensure quality and progress for the Client.

Monitor and coordinate architectural design solutions with other disciplines such as structure, planning, infrastructure, MEP, interior, landscape, etc.

Develop and provide scopes of work, coordinate in evaluating the capacity of design consultants and contractors during the bidding process.

Work with the QS team to review and control the design budget, avoid additional costs during the design implementation process. Ensure design stays within the project's budget.

Manage design changes effectively by assessing the technical, time, and cost impacts of proposed changes while still maintaining quality requirements.

Coordinate with the construction site to ensure works are executed in compliance with the approved design.

Monitor, review, and coordinate with disciplines to respond and evaluate shop drawings, RFI, RFA, PMI, etc. according to actual site conditions.

Perform other tasks related to design management as assigned by the Project Director/Head of Design Management/Executive Board.
