Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project & Investment Engineer located in Xa Truong Lam, Thanh Hoa Province. The role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of investment projects, coordinating Business Cooperation Contracts (BCC), managing project contracts and budgets, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The position involves close collaboration with consultants, contractors, government authorities, and business partners to successfully deliver project objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management, Project Engineering, and Project Planning.

• Experience in investment project development, contract administration, and cost control.

• Knowledge of Business Cooperation Contracts (BCC), project legal procedures, and stakeholder coordination is preferred.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Environmental, Chemical, Investment, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, project engineering, investment projects, or related positions.

• Good English communication skills with the ability to review technical documents and contracts.

• Experience in waste-to-energy, waste recycling, environmental, industrial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.

• PMP certification and Primavera P6 experience are preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Xa Truong Lam, Thanh Hoa Province.
